For years, Lakes Region Brewing has been the go-to spot for craft beer lovers in the Sebago area. The vibe is great, the brews are excellent, and the outdoor space is perfect for summer evenings.

The Partnership

Lakes Region Brewing has officially partnered with Naples Home Slice to bring authentic NY-style pizza to the taproom.

If you know Naples Home Slice, you know their pizza is the real deal. Thin crust, perfect char, quality ingredients. It's the kind of pizza that makes you forget you're not in Brooklyn.

The People Behind It

I sat down with Tor, one of the owners of Lakes Region Brewing, to hear more about how this came together.

"We've always wanted to offer food," Tor explained. "But we didn't want to half-ass it. When the opportunity came up to work with John and Naples Home Slice, it just clicked."

"Pizza and beer are a classic combination for a reason," Mike said. "Having John's pizza here takes the whole experience to another level."

The Pizza

John Hannigan, owner of Naples Home Slice, is running the pizza operation out of the brewery.

The menu features classic NY slices, specialty pies, and rotating seasonal options. Everything is made fresh, with dough prepared daily and ingredients sourced locally when possible.

The Verdict

I tried a few slices during my visit. The cheese slice was perfect—thin, foldable, with just the right amount of grease. The pepperoni had a nice kick. And the specialty of the day (a white pizza with garlic and ricotta) was outstanding.

Paired with a pint of Lakes Region's flagship IPA, it was exactly what you want on a fall afternoon.
